Women's Hormone Optimization
Personalized Menopause & Hormone Care
Perimenopause and menopause can affect much more than your menstrual cycle. Changes in hormones may contribute to hot flashes, disrupted sleep, low energy, brain fog, mood changes, vaginal discomfort, and changes in sexual health.
The WellHealthe Women's Hormone Management Program provides focused medical care for women who want help understanding these changes and exploring evidence-based treatment options, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT) when medically appropriate.
Already have a primary care provider? Keep them. You can participate in the program while continuing your routine primary and preventive care with your existing healthcare team.
Transparent Pricing

Could Hormonal Changes Be Affecting You?
Consider an evaluation if you're experiencing:
- Hot flashes or night sweats
- Poor or disrupted sleep
- Fatigue or decreased energy
- Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
- Mood changes or irritability
- Low sexual desire
- Vaginal dryness or discomfort
- Painful intercourse
- Other bothersome symptoms of perimenopause or menopause
You don't need to know whether hormone therapy is right for you before scheduling.
We'll start by understanding your symptoms, medical history, risk factors, and goals.
Your Initial Evaluation
$195 Initial Enrollment
Your initial evaluation includes:
- Detailed menopause symptom assessment
- Menstrual and gynecologic history
- Medical history and medication review
- HRT risk and safety assessment
- Review of previous hormone treatment, when applicable
- Review of recent laboratory results when available
- Targeted additional testing only when clinically appropriate
- Discussion of hormone and non-hormone treatment options

No Automatic Expensive Hormone Panels
For many women, perimenopause and menopause can be evaluated primarily through symptoms and medical history.
If you've already completed appropriate laboratory testing with your primary care provider, we'll review those results whenever possible rather than automatically repeating tests.
Treatment Designed Around You
There is no single hormone regimen that's right for every woman.
Depending on your symptoms, health history, and preferences, your treatment plan may include:
Estrogen Therapy
Systemic estrogen may be considered for appropriate women experiencing bothersome symptoms such as hot flashes and night sweats.
Progesterone
Progesterone may be prescribed when appropriate, including to protect the uterine lining in women with an intact uterus receiving systemic estrogen.
Vaginal Hormone Therapy
Local therapy may help relieve vaginal dryness, discomfort, painful intercourse, and other genitourinary symptoms associated with menopause.
Testosterone Therapy
Testosterone may be considered for appropriately evaluated women experiencing persistent low sexual desire associated with distress.
Non-Hormonal Options
Hormone therapy isn't right for everyone. Evidence-based non-hormonal treatments may also be considered depending on your symptoms and medical history.
Ongoing Hormone Optimization
$75 / month
Hormone management is more than receiving a prescription. Your treatment should be monitored over time and adjusted based on how you feel, how you respond, and whether your health circumstances change.
Ongoing management includes:
- Scheduled hormone follow-up visits
- Symptom monitoring
- Medication management
- Prescription renewals
- Dose adjustments when appropriate
- Side-effect monitoring
- HRT-related laboratory review
- Targeted laboratory monitoring when indicated
- HRT-related provider messaging
- Periodic reassessment of your treatment plan
Once treatment is stable, follow-up frequency is individualized based on your clinical needs.
Focused Hormone Care Without Changing Your PCP
The Women's Hormone Management Program focuses specifically on perimenopause, menopause, and hormone-related treatment.

This focused approach allows you to get dedicated hormone care without paying for services you don't need.
