Matthew Keane MSPAS, PA-C

Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. I’m a lifelong member of the Coachella Valley community, having called this place home for 40 years. I graduated from Palm Springs High School, earned a BA in Philosophy from Cal State San Bernardino, and completed my master’s degree at Western University of Health Sciences.

I’ve practiced as a physician assistant for 16 years, including 12 years serving as a PA in the Army National Guard. Those experiences shaped my approach to care: attentive, practical, and focused on building trusting relationships with patients and families.

I’m married and a proud parent of three energetic boys. When I’m not caring for patients, you’ll find me reading, at the beach, traveling, or simply enjoying time with family.

As your concierge provider, my goal is to offer personalized, compassionate care that fits your life. I look forward to partnering with you on your health journey.
